How are you doing this summer?
I’m encouraged by God’s faithfulness to me, and the journey He has been taking me on of encountering more of His incredible love. And part of that journey has led to my new album, which is now here!
It’s called Your Love Says ‘Come’, because it’s come from a journey of encountering the Father’s love.
Do you ever wonder who you are? Whether you belong? Whether you are truly loved?
Do you ever feel insecure? Anxious? Held back by fear?
If I’m honest, I guess I’ve been insecure, anxious and afraid. But I’ve discovered something that’s slowly changing everything, and it’s the Father’s love: the love of Almighty God for me.
The songs on my new album have come from a journey of encountering the amazing love of God, and how His love is helping me to find new freedom and confidence, as I learn to face fear and stand in who I am in Him.
And I long for you to know that life-changing love and freedom for yourself.
Writing the songs has been a journey for me…
Like ‘In the Father’s Arms’, which is a song about the Father’s love and comfort as we seek Him and surrender to His love.
Or ‘Pray the Name’, which is about praying the Name of Jesus into impossible situations.
Or ‘Butterfly’, which a song I began writing many years ago and wanted to record, but it was never the right time… and it grew into a song about a child of God in Christ facing fear from the foundation of knowing that you are a loved child of God… and about my baby step driving journey!

As I worked on the album, I sensed the Lord prompting me to write a devotional to go alongside the songs, to encourage the girl who longs to know she is loved. I prayed and wrote, and a devotional came together!

P.S. I’m encouraged by God’s faithfulness in my life, and excited that I finally managed to achieve my driving goal of getting to work the fastest way!! There’s still more baby step growth to come, but I’m so encouraged by God’s faithfulness, and how my baby step journey of facing fear is paying off!
