Do you have stories of God’s faithfulness in your life?
The Lord amazes me. He so often does over and above!
Quite a while ago now, I had the privilege of doing a live music evening at church, sharing songs I had written and stories behind them. It was such a joy to be able to do it, and I was really blessed by friends who helped in multiple ways. I was praying that God would use it to speak to hearts and encourage people.
Afterwards, I found out that a friend at church, who knows about sound recording, had recorded the evening in a way that meant it could be used later on! Someone suggested the idea of a live album. The idea seemed to crazy to me- something I hadn’t even thought of! In time, however, God made a way and provided, and the live recording was edited and put together. Actually, God even provided in that I was taking ages to find time to go through the recording and make notes about things and, through a miscommunication, God sped up the process and it ended up being finished much sooner than I had thought!
So… now I have a live album! I named it ‘Stories and Songs’, because that’s what it is: stories and songs of God’s faithfulness in my life! And He was faithful, too, in making this possible!
